Botanica Residence is a contemporary farmhouse designed for modern family living. Drawing on the warmth and character of traditional farmhouses, the design reinterprets familiar elements through clean architectural forms, natural materials and generous pitched ceilings lined in timber.
Studio 1328 approached the architecture and interiors as one cohesive design, working from the inside out. The interior spaces were considered first, allowing the way the family lives to shape the home's architectural form, proportions and connection to its surroundings. The result is a warm, contemporary home where generous living spaces, thoughtful detailing and everyday functionality come together naturally.
