This renovation focused on opening the home and refining how each space connects and functions. Internal walls were removed to create a clearer relationship between kitchen, living, and dining, allowing light to move more naturally through the plan. A new powder room was introduced, along with subtle adjustments to improve flow and day to day use.

Material selection played a central role. Calacatta Monet brings softness and quiet movement to key surfaces, while travertine grounds the spaces with warmth and texture. Sky Fantasy stone was introduced as a feature element, adding depth and character without overpowering the overall restraint.
